Privacy is built around your Mac.

Proactive reads the work happening on your computer so it can help, but it keeps the raw material local. When it needs a model, it sends only the small piece needed for that request.

Only the useful part is sent

The app selects the smallest useful context for a model call. Proactive Cloud forwards that minimized prompt or embedding input to the provider and returns the model output.

Your raw app data stays on your Mac

Raw local databases, mailbox files, browser databases, screenshots, and computer-use state stay on the Mac unless a minimized excerpt is needed for a model request.

Cloud logs stay minimal

Cloud logs include request kind, model, byte count, and a hashed invite identifier. They do not log prompt bodies or raw local content.

You approve anything that leaves your apps

External side effects must pause for explicit approval before sending, posting, purchasing, deleting, editing, submitting, or modifying third-party state.

You can pause or stop it

The app must expose a pause or stop path and enough local logs for support.
